Step 1: Inquiry

Reach out via phone, WhatsApp or email to begin the conversation.

Step 2: Visit the School

Collect the Pre-Admission Form and Prospectus at the school office (Tk. 1,500).

Step 3: Application

Complete and submit the Pre-Admission Form with required documents.

Step 4: Document Submission

Provide the checklist of documents listed below for our records.

Step 5: Assessment (if applicable)

Nursery and above sit an age-appropriate literacy and numeracy test.

Step 6: Guardian Interview & Confirmation

A warm conversation on Islamic practice and expectations; eligibility confirmed.

Step 7: Fee Payment

Admission and Exam/Lab Fees are paid online via EximusEdu to secure the seat.

Step 8: Welcome to SIS

Receive EximusEdu login, uniform guidance and orientation details.

Duly filled and signed by parent/guardian.

Birth Certificate

Photocopy — the DOB recorded here is considered final.

Parents' National ID

Photocopy of both parents'/guardians' NID cards.

Parents' Work ID

Photocopy of both parents'/guardians' work ID cards.

Transfer Certificate

For students transferring from another school (Nursery+).

Immunization Record

Required for Early Years applicants.

Frequently Asked Questions

What age does my child need to be for Playgroup?

Children are generally admitted to Playgroup around 2+ years of age. Please contact the admission office to confirm current age criteria.

Is there an admission test for Playgroup?

No. Admission tests are only required for Nursery and above. Playgroup admission is based on age and a guardian interview.

What happens during the Guardian Interview?

A warm, respectful conversation to understand your family’s Islamic practice at home and expectations from the school — never to judge or exclude.

How much is the Admission Form fee?

The Pre-Admission Form and Prospectus can be collected by paying Tk. 1,500 at the school office.

Are Admission Fees paid every year?

No. Admission Fees are one-time only, paid at the point of new admission.

Do siblings get any fee discount?

Yes — siblings currently enrolled receive a 20% waiver on Admission, Exam/Lab and Tuition Fees.

How do I pay fees?

All fees are paid securely online through the EximusEdu app or website, free of any transaction charge.

What if my child needs to re-enroll after a long absence?

A student re-enrolling after one year or more must undergo a fresh application and pay all fees due, similar to a new admission.
